This September a regular Nordic Trading Briefing took place at The Grand Hôtel in Stockholm, a marvellous venue that has been home to celebrities, high-profile events and everyday bon-vivants since 1874.
OB&T was here in 2013 and now we’ve joined again. Even Fredrik Hjorth was back in time after his ride 🚴.
This conference was all about regulations and namely MiFID II. Almost every panel was talking about consequences and aspects that it brought to the scene and what issues do all experience along the way.
It was really interesting to hear that Nordics needs fresh blood and tech innovations. Guys were talking about hiring young and talented graduates, however, forgot about an external help, though. Why not to outsource to solve that?
Apart from that, every attendee noticed the great venue and cool networking. It was absolutely nice to meet old friends and make new ones.
