The customer is an Australian company focused on developing and supporting others, to develop mobile applications and other IT-related projects.
Challenge
The customer needed a mobile tool that provides user with the following functionality:
- Loan calculator – calculate loan based on repayments, extra repayments and
redraw and save data for comparison; - Rental calculator – calculate rental with much-involved information such as:
purchase price, expense, extra expense and save data for further comparison; - Calculation comparison – provide ability to compare loan and rental calculations;
- Calculation management – user can save and export loan and rental calculations
as Excel and/or PDF; - Ad banners – getting advert list from Ad server through Ad APIs.
Solution
OB&T team of Software Engineers and QA’s developed, tested and fine-tuned a newly created mobile application using the original usability optimised design. Application developed to be suitable for any property investor regardless of the experience level. This application allows the use of all these tools in one easy location. Have the added benefit of being able to save and compare different investment properties and different mortgages on single screens.
Results
OB&T provided full-cycle development services to the client: from mockups design and application architecture/logic implementation to performing testing and optimisation activities. Application was successfully verified and uploaded into App Store and Android Market.
