Pritle is an international startup wealth management service company with headquarter in the Netherlands.
Challenge
Customer required a goal-based wealth management service that will be built upon the changing regulatory landscape of wealth and asset management in EU, whereas focus for individual investors shifts from traditional services offered by banks to smart tools. Newly created web solution should be offering a complex portfolio management based on hundreds of factors, taking into account situational, psychological and financial profiles of investors. Solution should be integrated with the market data provider, execution, accounting as well as clearing and reporting 3rd party services and tools.
Solution
OB&T team of a business analyst and system architect researched and investigated the business processes and needs as well as EU market requirements and created a set of technical documentation including detailed functional specification and system architecture. Using best practices of electronic trading solutions and UX specifics, together with customer’s stakeholders, a modern and user-friendly UI prototype was created. Team of 6 developers developed a modern state-of-the-art wealth management platform based on created mockups and UI design. The app was tested manually as well as stress and load tested. Secured and fine-tuned solution went live under the careful supervision of OB&T personnel.
Results
OB&T performed full-cycle of application development: from basic idea analysis and application architecture/logic implementation to performing testing and integrations activities with going live support. OB&T created an industry-specific highly secure deployment environment with solid protection and required load balancing. Upon completion, OB&T continued to support, maintain and extend the developed Pritle solution.
