KBC Media is a new media and production company located in the UK, offering digital engagement and media handling software packages.
Challenge
The customer wanted to create a fully integrated social media monitoring and management platform that enables organisations to work collaboratively. Originally, solution was focused on emergency services and public sector.
Solution should encourage different business areas to work across platform ensuring streamlined communications, customer services and investigative procedures where required as well as provide full audit and accountability functions.
Solution
With the help of customer, OB&T team has worked closely with police forces and public sector organisations in addition to private PR companies, large and small, and the financial sector to gather vital feedback on how they use existing social media monitoring platforms and then used this information to create a smart bespoke solution to practitioners in every business area.
Results
OB&T performed full-cycle of application development: from design and application architecture/logic implementation to performing testing and integration support. Solution was successfully deployed and utilized as a SaaS-based solution called MusterPoint.
